Senior HubSpot Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily maintenance of HubSpot and resolve user-reported issues (a light and manageable volume — approximately 2–3 tickets per day).

• Develop and manage new pipelines, automations, and workflows as the business expands.

• Design and implement integrations that connect HubSpot with other tools within the business's technology stack.

• Take ownership of HubSpot projects from inception to completion — you won’t merely execute instructions; you will have a role in shaping the project.

• Ensure data quality, structure, and platform hygiene across properties, records, and lists.

• Document the configuration of HubSpot and facilitate bi-weekly training sessions for users.

• Serve as the primary architecture expert when the business needs guidance on how HubSpot should be structured or scaled.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience in HubSpot administration, with a robust understanding of HubSpot's architecture (data model, object relationships, and how pipelines/properties/integrations interact) — beyond just daily usage.

• Proven experience in building integrations between HubSpot and other applications.

• Some experience in coding/scripting (beneficial for custom integrations and troubleshooting issues).

• A truly self-sufficient and proactive approach to work — you will be entrusted to manage tasks independently.

• Strong communication skills, essential for user support and clearly conveying technical decisions.

• Willingness to work during Australian business hours as a remote team member.
