This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for the execution and delivery of client Digital Advertising strategies and tactics across various platforms (SEM, Display, Social Media, Video), ensuring strong advertising performance and high client satisfaction for a portfolio of over 50 accounts.
• Adhere to Digital Marketing Operations and industry best practices to support digital advertising efforts, including compliance with OEM program guidelines.
• Proactively evaluate and analyze digital advertising performance, translating both quantitative and qualitative data into strategic recommendations for ongoing performance enhancement.
• Assess performance against client goals and objectives as well as industry key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to: Cost per Lead, Attributed Cost per Visit, provider health score (e.g., Google Optiscore), and delivery metrics.
• Conduct keyword research and expansion, create ads, track campaign performance, and analyze audience/placement to continuously enhance digital advertising effectiveness.
• Monitor and assess account performance trends to identify necessary tactical adjustments and resource allocations, making independent decisions and consulting clients as necessary.
• Deliver monthly performance reports and engage in quarterly consultative discussions to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Conduct webinars, phone calls, emails, or limited in-person meetings as required to align digital advertising budgets with client objectives.
• Take ownership of client digital advertising issues, driving them to resolution.
• Document dealer conversations, optimizations, budget modifications, and decisions made to maintain a proper audit trail and evidence of actions taken.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years of experience in a related area.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of client accounts.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong relationship management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization strategies, as well as familiarity with web-based applications and common internet protocols and conventions (HTTP, FTP, HTML, CSS, website strategies, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics).
• Proficient in using Salesforce.
• Certification: All Advertising team members must achieve certification in Google Search, Google Display, and Microsoft within the first 90 days of employment.
• Travel requirement: 5% (approximately 1-2 trips per year).
