📋 Description

• The Digital Solutions Representative (DSR) will concentrate on implementing both current and upcoming digital strategies.

• The DSR will aim to increase the reach and adoption of Intuitive’s digital portfolio by promoting digital products to specific customers, fostering usage, and ensuring that surgeons are trained on how to access and utilize the technology.

• The DSR will act as a bridge between internal teams and customers, gathering surgeon feedback, facilitating ease of use through comprehensive training, and sharing leads with other departments.

• The DSR will engage in cross-functional collaboration to target and enhance product utilization while supporting customers in both new and existing accounts.

• Success in this role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide user-friendly solutions aimed at increasing product utilization among clinical care teams and surgeons.

• Engage with customers to identify and understand their specific needs.

• Collaborate with the sales and Digital Networking teams to promote the adoption of the digital portfolio among surgeons.

• Foster the usage of digital solutions through targeted outreach, customer support, and ongoing consultations, along with thorough training on functionality and benefits.

• Continuously expand and develop the digital user base by collaborating with key surgeon thought leaders and other significant customers to create a qualified lead funnel.

• Partner with Key Account, Clinical, and Capital teams to identify potential leads for digital solutions and formulate targeted customer strategies.

• Interact with potential customers through video meetings, emails, and in-person visits when necessary to understand their needs and convey the value of our digital solutions.

• In-person meetings may be required as necessary.

• Effectively work with cross-functional teams in the corporate office to gain insights into the assigned business and its requirements.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure the success of regional and virtual market development events, trade shows, and other industry initiatives.

• Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for the digital portfolio.

• Achieve sales and adoption targets on a quarterly and annual basis.

• Utilize Salesforce.com to organize activities, manage the sales pipeline, and report on territory progress.

• Manage administrative responsibilities effectively, including reporting, outcomes of support activities, and submitting expense reports.

• Assist with product demonstrations and attend cases as necessary to encourage adoption and train surgeons for effective utilization.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development role within the medical industry.

• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions.

• Demonstrated success in influencing customers and leadership through phone and video meetings.

• Strong ability to communicate and present ideas clearly to internal teams and stakeholders, including surgeons, nurse managers, and hospital C-suite leadership.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Self-directed approach to achieving project and team goals with minimal supervision.

• Capable of working independently in a remote setting while engaging in some in-person sales activities.

• Self-motivated with the ability to navigate complex sales scenarios.

• Excellent time management skills and a meticulous organizational approach in a fast-paced environment.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
