This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assess opportunities, geographical markets, and existing installations to formulate a targeted go-to-market strategy for the DR and Mobile CT sectors, incorporating both dealer and direct sales alignment, as well as sub-segment coverage.
• Effectively collaborate with direct and indirect sales teams along with cross-functional departments, which include Clinical, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Finance, and Service, to ensure the fulfillment of company, dealer, and customer requirements.
• Identify developmental needs and provide coaching to enhance performance; create advancement opportunities and support for career growth; set priorities with defined goals and responsibilities to achieve results and exceed expectations.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies designed to achieve revenue and profit objectives across all regions.
• Set quotas, monitor performance, and present forecasts to senior management.
• Manage pricing strategies, product assortment, and sales operations to align with corporate goals.
• Collaborate closely with Samsung Healthcare’s headquarters in Korea to synchronize strategy, product roadmap, and market execution.
• Lead solution development and client engagement within hospitals, imaging centers, and physician practices.
• Organize National Sales Meetings, quarterly workshops, and accompany the sales team on ride-alongs.
• Exhibit the capability to guide our sales team in pivoting and identifying new growth opportunities within their territories.
• Provide training programs aimed at enhancing product knowledge and selling skills.
• Oversee weekly team calls, CRM updates, and pipeline evaluations.
• Deliver regular status reports and engage in quarterly performance assessments.
• Ensure partner compliance and assist in co-marketing initiatives.
• Manage dealer communications and supervise reseller profiles.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns and optimize event effectiveness.
• Frequent domestic and international travel is required.
• A BA/BS in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Med-Tech capital equipment sales is required, with a strong preference for experience in Digital Radiography and Mobile CT.
• Experience in managing third-party vendors and contractors.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership in team management, strategic planning, and budget oversight.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in budget, expense, and resource management is required.
