Digital Project Manager – Implementation

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation of digital projects by formulating detailed project plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful deployment that meets business goals.

• Create structured governance frameworks that enhance project visibility, accountability, milestone tracking, issue resolution, executive reporting, and implementation controls across various workstreams.

• Enhance organizational readiness by facilitating communication strategies, engaging stakeholders, organizing training sessions, planning for adoption, and providing transition support that maximizes successful implementation results.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with business executives, technical teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders to align priorities, address challenges, and achieve successful implementations that support enterprise goals.

• Manage both internal and external resources by balancing capacity, dependencies, priorities, and implementation timelines while ensuring projects stay aligned with organizational objectives and delivery commitments.

• Oversee implementation partners and technology vendors by setting expectations, monitoring performance, resolving issues, validating deliverables, and ensuring that contractual obligations align with business goals.

• Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate implementation risks through proactive planning, governance, escalation management, and contingency execution that safeguard business continuity and project success.

• Create meaningful implementation metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting that assess project health, adoption rates, operational outcomes, and value realization across enterprise initiatives.

• Regularly assess implementation methodologies, governance practices, workflows, documentation standards, and delivery models to enhance operational efficiency and scalability within the organization.

• Transform strategic priorities into actionable implementation plans that link technology investments to measurable business outcomes, operational enhancements, and customer value.

• Advocate for emerging technologies, best practices in implementation, and AI-driven capabilities that enhance project delivery, operational scalability, and organizational effectiveness.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by keeping abreast of implementation methodologies, digital technologies, AI capabilities, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while sharing knowledge across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of five years of progressive experience in leading enterprise technology or digital implementation projects within complex, cross-functional organizations.

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects that involve business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, budgets, timelines, and organizational change initiatives.

• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies with a strong emphasis on implementation governance and execution discipline.

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI-driven productivity tools, analytics, and project management technologies to enhance implementation quality, delivery performance, and decision-making.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence outcomes at all organizational levels.
