Digital Project Manager – II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Primarily accountable for deploying products with the end-user within a designated timeline, establishing the schedule and specifics of the job scope.

• Coordinates remote and on-site installation or add-on requests alongside Field and Remote Implementation Specialists.

• Addresses questions and inquiries from external customers related to CZM networking, break-fix calls, and installation/configuration queries, as well as escalated issues.

• Collaborates with Customer Support to organize and schedule FIS/On-site service requests.

• Additionally responds to inquiries from Field Service Engineers, Affiliates, Distributors, Sales Managers, Customer Care personnel, and other internal clients.

• Conducts remote training sessions for the end user via WebEx as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Informatics, or A+, Net+, Server+ certifications preferred.

• Familiarity with EMR/EHR business models is highly advantageous.

• Practical experience in a clinical environment is extremely beneficial.

• High level of technical proficiency and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of Networking Topologies, Windows/Mac operating systems, and medical instrument connectivity is required.

• Experience and knowledge of CZMI products and associated business lines are a plus.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate professionally in written correspondence, including emails, RFPs, and report submissions.

• Highly organized and analytical, capable of overcoming sales challenges through innovative and flexible strategies.

• Travel is necessary, approximately 25% of the time, which may require overnight stays.
