This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Lead the migration from Azure DevOps (ADO) to Jira, which includes designing workspaces, creating workflows, linking repositories, and ensuring user adoption.
• Take ownership of the Jira environment, focusing on its long-term sustainability and ongoing enhancements.
• Manage the intake of digital projects by validating business cases, deliverables, and resource availability.
• Create and oversee frameworks for prioritizing digital projects, and provide updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, roadmaps, and various reporting artifacts that highlight project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Global Trade requirements, which include project CLARAs and associated documentation.
• Provide support for Ignition development projects.
• Utilize SQL and Python to validate datasets, assess logic, and assist with analytics tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DT, Product, and Business teams to deliver digital solutions that adhere to enterprise standards.
• Promote best practices in digital project management, DevOps workflows, and change management communications.
• Mentor team members and enhance digital project methodologies.
• A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required, unless restricted by local laws or regulations.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is typically required unless restricted by local laws or regulations.
• At least 8 years of experience in digital project management or leadership roles in DevOps.
• Proven experience implementing Jira at scale, including administrative responsibilities.
• Familiarity with DevOps workflows and integration of digital tools.
• Practical experience with SQL and Python.
• Prior experience in reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated, compliance-driven environments is necessary.
• Previous experience with Ignition is preferred; training will be provided.
• Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Azure and JIRA DevOps, code repositories, and pipeline tools is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access specific necessary systems.
