Digital Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee website, landing page, and web optimization initiatives from the initial planning and scoping stages through to launch.

• Collaborate with internal teams, Account Managers, clients, and external production partners.

• Ensure project timelines, budgets, quality, and profitability are protected.

• Assume responsibility for active projects, comprehend existing commitments and stakeholders, and maintain transparent Asana workflows.

• Specify deliverables, estimates, budgets, resources, dependencies, and timelines in consultation with specialists.

• Draft and conduct quality checks on proposals and presentations utilizing templates and specialist input.

• Assist in client presentations and secure owner approval for new website proposals.

• Hold stakeholders accountable and ensure alignment on project milestones.

• Manage tasks, owners, deadlines, and priorities across website builds, optimization projects, and update requests.

• Facilitate team handoffs and production meetings; proactively identify dependencies and resolve bottlenecks.

• Coordinate assets, approvals, and feedback with Account Managers and clients.

• Establish review deadlines, follow up proactively, and document the impact of scope changes.

• Transform specialist recommendations into production tasks and perform first-level QA against the brief.

• Organize specialist checks and approvals prior to launch.

• Allocate and evaluate vendor work concerning deadlines, dependencies, hours, and staggered delivery.

• Monitor vendor quality, capacity, and performance.

• Compare estimated versus actual hours and costs, highlight overruns, and suggest adjustments.

• Enhance templates, checklists, and SOPs, utilizing project debriefs to tackle recurring delivery challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing website projects from initial planning and scoping to launch.

• Demonstrated ability to define scopes, estimates, resource plans, dependencies, and realistic timelines.

• Experience in tracking project hours, budgets, revisions, and scope changes to safeguard profitability.

• Foundational knowledge of SEO, AEO, CRO, and UX, with the capability to conduct first-level QA and discern when specialist review is necessary.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors across multiple projects and time zones.

• Strong written and verbal English skills for client communication, status updates, and presentations.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and project tracking.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving; comfortable managing active projects independently without detailed guidance.

• Familiarity with Asana for task management, deadlines, dependencies, and workflows (preferred).

• Experience in a web production or SEO agency setting (preferred).

• Background in preparing web proposals and assisting with client presentations (preferred).

• Relevant project management training or certification (preferred).

• Experience supporting US or North American clients, especially in the home services sector (preferred).

• Knowledge of WordPress, Beaver Builder, Harvest, or website launch and tracking validation workflows (preferred).

• Experience in enhancing vendor performance, SOPs, and production workflows (preferred).

• Availability for full-time work Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 4.5 hours of daily morning overlap with the US team and availability until at least 1:00 PM Eastern Time, particularly during the first three months.

• Must currently reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there.
