Digital Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete execution of technical digital projects, ensuring that delivery occurs on schedule, within defined scope, and is seamlessly integrated with MarTech infrastructure.

• Direct the creation of project briefs, technical documentation, scoping, and resource allocation.

• Assist in the deployment of innovative tech solutions, technical infrastructure, and AI integrations to suggest ongoing executional enhancements.

• Navigate intricate regulatory submission processes, diligently preparing materials that comply with industry standards.

• Collaborate closely with Technical leads, Account leads, and Project Management teams to guarantee cross-functional coherence.

• Maintain transparent communication with clients regarding project status, risks, timelines, and dependencies.

• Supervise operational effectiveness by managing intricate timelines and monitoring financial forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital project management or MarTech execution, specifically within the pharmaceutical marketing sector.

• Strong grasp of cross-channel digital campaigns (web and email delivery) and expertise in technical brief writing.

• Advanced proficiency with project management tools, particularly Workfront and Smartsheet.

• A flexible, growth-oriented attitude with the capacity to take genuine ownership of new infrastructure projects.

• Proven capability to convert complex technical ideas into actionable strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions while maintaining high-quality outputs in a dynamic, launch-focused setting.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
