Digital Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of various creative and web tasks focused on lead generation, as well as internal projects.

• Evaluate and outline requests for creative and web work.

• Prepare creative and web work requests for proper intake by design and development colleagues.

• Effectively and promptly communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to specifications, on time, within budget, and with high quality.

• Resolve creative and technical challenges in collaboration with peers and stakeholders.

• Conduct thorough quality assurance on creative and web work at every project stage.

• Generate ad and web marketing copy utilizing AI tools and other software.

• Develop and maintain internal workflow tools, such as Typeform or Google Sheets.

• Utilize analytics tools to gain insights and enhance their products.

• Collaborate and communicate regularly and effectively with peers to balance workloads and optimize production efficiency.

• Contribute to department objectives and improvements by critically assessing workflows and tools, as well as participating in team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience managing digital web and creative products, including project scoping, scheduling, risk assessment, budgeting, quality control, and communication with both internal teams and clients.

• Familiarity with display ads and best practices in website production (experience with lead generation sites and WordPress is a plus).

• Proficient in Google Suite products (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and creative software like Figma.

• Experience in writing marketing copy and proofreading various creative materials.

• Ability to clearly and effectively present solutions, marketing materials, and convey ideas and concepts to both internal stakeholders and clients.

• Excellent problem-solving, time management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects at once.

• Keen attention to detail, with the capability to identify both project-specific and product-level bugs or areas for enhancement.

• Proven track record of adhering to and improving established processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in project execution.

• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs while aligning with company goals and objectives.

• A strong inclination to collaborate with and inspire others to produce high-quality digital products, user experiences, and results.
