Digital Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing digital projects.

• You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery.

• You will take charge of adhering to schedules, budgets, and maintaining quality standards.

• You will engage with clients (e.g., during workshops) to clarify project requirements.

• You will confidently lead both internal and external meetings, presenting and advocating points effectively.

• You will inspire and support a dedicated team of creatives and developers in crafting sophisticated applications that provide an optimal user experience.

• You will ensure transparent communication with both clients and the internal project team.

• You will drive the achievement of project objectives and well-defined KPIs through your engaging demeanor.

• You will identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management and digital client consulting within an agency setting.

• You have managed larger digital accounts and have provided clients with advice on digital transformation.

• You have previously led digital projects, such as a corporate website redesign.

• You have a strong affinity for technology and a passion for digital tools, processes, and innovations.

• You demonstrate conceptual abilities and a keen eye for appealing UX/UI and technical functionality.

• You have foundational CRM expertise (e.g., HubSpot) and experience in utilizing, implementing, and optimizing CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

• You possess strong communication skills and experience in collaborative client management and development.

• You embody team spirit by being an engaged and dependable partner to both clients and colleagues.

• You can quickly grasp complex relationships and execute projects within established frameworks and processes.
