This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily coordination, prioritization, and management of tasks for Support clients and the Service Desk.

• Ensure client websites remain secure and current, address enhancement requests, and assist clients through the documented planning, quality assurance, and launch processes for updates.

• Act as a reliable point of contact for Support accounts, proactively updating clients on ticket status, guiding them through request scoping, and confidently presenting progress or requirements during check-in meetings.

• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers on large-scale, intricate client projects to understand agency delivery methodologies and project lifecycles, while actively supporting daily operations such as managing development tickets, scheduling meetings, summarizing discussions, performing QA testing, and overseeing content entry.

• Proactively manage support schedules, project budgets, and ticket scopes.

• Engage in internal team and client meetings, assess minor technology frameworks or enhancements, and uphold high organizational standards for ticket tracking.

• Acquire knowledge and utilize internal PM tools, ticketing systems, and emerging AI tools to enhance personal task efficiency and share valuable insights with the project management team.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience in project management or project coordination, ideally within a digital agency focused on web design and development.

• Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize support requests effectively.

• Familiarity with Drupal and/or WordPress, including content entry, basic configuration, and troubleshooting minor website issues.

• Excellent client communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to create concise, clear, and professional memos, documentation, and ticket requirements.

• Active incorporation of AI tools into your current workflow to enhance project delivery efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated success working remotely.

• Solid understanding of Agile or ticket management practices (Scrum and Kanban processes) is an advantage.
