Digital Product Owner

📋 Description

• Oversee an agile backlog by harmonizing feedback from stakeholders and prioritizing initiatives according to business requirements.

• Detect and address UX/UI obstacles that hinder conversion rates, guaranteeing a smooth checkout process.

• Execute A/B testing methodologies to determine which pages yield the highest lead conversions.

• Manage projects across various departments and serve as the main liaison with developers, fostering communication with key stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project rollouts.

• Collect and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and customers.

• Leverage product/project management tools to monitor progress and deliverables.

• Evaluate product performance and user feedback to guide enhancements.

• Ensure alignment with business goals and customer requirements.

• Present product updates and suggestions to senior leadership.

• Remain updated on industry trends and best practices in digital product management.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in Product Ownership or Product Management within an Agile software development context, ideally in the telecommunications, mobile, or fiber to the home sectors.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in software product management/ownership.

• Strong understanding of web and mobile frameworks.

• Proficient with product/project management software (e.g., Azure DevOps).

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with B2B/B2C, mobile applications, and ecommerce optimization (preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience in the cable/broadband sector (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.

• Proficient with enterprise content management systems (Sitecore, AEM, etc.).

• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
