This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for a designated digital product.
• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure alignment of product priorities with strategic goals and quantifiable business outcomes.
• Work in close partnership with IT, design, data, operations, and various cross-functional teams to implement product enhancements through an agile sprint framework.
• Convert business needs into well-defined epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements ready for sprint execution.
• Rank product tasks based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, compliance requirements, and delivery capabilities.
• Discover opportunities to utilize AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and product performance.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and product performance evaluations.
• Track product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to foster continuous product improvement.
• Act as the primary product liaison between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital product management or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a similar area).
• Proven experience in digital product management, including support for complex software development projects, defining product requirements, and delivering scalable platforms that fulfill user and business needs.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (software developers, designers, data analysts, compliance specialists) and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build consensus in a collaborative setting.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing) and product discovery (e.g., rapid experimentation, hypothesis testing).
• Preferred experience in the mortgage industry (origination and/or servicing).
• Experience in integrating AI into product development or daily workflows (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, chatbots, intelligent document processing) is advantageous.
• Additional experience in at least one of the following areas is a plus: consumer-facing digital products (e.g., online platforms, mobile applications), team member experience tools or internal tools, document/data automation (e.g., intelligent document processing), or omni-channel communications tools.
