Digital Product Manager – Consumer Channels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of digital product results for the consumer segment.

• Develop and oversee the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the consumer digital experience.

• Convert customer requirements, business prospects, and challenges into distinct product issues to address.

• Set success metrics encompassing conversion rates, self-service completion, customer satisfaction, and support deflection.

• Monitor performance following the product launch.

• Make tradeoff decisions considering customer impact, business value, effort, risk, and learning opportunities.

• Enhance conversion rates and the comprehensive customer journey.

• Utilize behavioral data and customer signals to identify the most valuable opportunities for improving conversion and user experience.

• Design AI-enhanced consumer experiences.

• Lead by influencing cross-functional teams.

• Align stakeholders around the identified problem, opportunity, value, priority, and the way forward.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, digital product, or a related field.

• Practical experience with digital analytics tools (Quantum Metric, Heap, Amplitude, FullStory, Mixpanel, or similar).

• Proven track record of managing digital products from the discovery phase through to launch and optimization.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI throughout the product lifecycle, including strategy development, discovery, customer signals, analysis, and prototyping.

• Comfortable with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, and Granola.

• Experienced in experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, or enhancing digital performance.
