This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Collaborating with various teams and leadership to foster growth and enhance profitability.
• Collecting and analyzing voice-of-the-customer (VOC) feedback.
• Crafting an engaging and effective product roadmap.
• Introducing new offerings to the market.
• Ensuring the roadmap proactively addresses and adheres to regulatory compliance.
• Performing targeted market research to uncover market needs.
• Creating and managing Product Requirements Documents (PRD) for each product under development.
• Planning and executing product launch strategies while formulating product messaging.
• Developing monetization strategies for digital products.
• Establishing strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry organizations.
• Monitoring product performance and pinpointing areas for refinement in the go-to-market strategy.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technology, Business, Computer Science, or Marketing.
• Over 8 years of total professional experience.
• At least 5 years in software, digital, or connected-product management.
• Preferably for products associated with physical hardware (IoT, industrial, energy, building systems, automotive).
• Highly desirable experience with IoT/connected product architectures, telemetry pipelines, customer-facing software (web/mobile/dashboards), and SaaS business models (ARR, attach rate, churn).
