Digital Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement digital product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities that align with business goals and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and convert business and customer needs into scalable digital solutions.

• Lead product discovery initiatives, including market research, analysis of customer feedback, and identification of new opportunities.

• Work alongside technology, design, and business teams to provide exceptional digital experiences utilizing agile methodologies.

• Assess product performance through data, insights, and customer feedback to promote ongoing improvement and enhancements.

• Create business cases, recommendations, and strategic plans to facilitate investment decisions and support future product growth.

• Articulate product vision, priorities, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership, fostering alignment across the organization.

• Assist in product governance, operational excellence, and best practices that enhance the delivery and management of digital products.

• Guide team members and help foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centric decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.

• More than 3 years of experience leading digital products through the entire product lifecycle, including strategy, planning, development, launch, and optimization.

• Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or a comparable product management certification.

• Proficient in using digital analytics and reporting tools to evaluate product success and customer engagement.

• Experienced in gathering and translating business, customer, and technical requirements into actionable product solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a talent for using data to inform product decisions.

• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and business stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience).
