This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the daily operations and performance of designated dealership accounts, ensuring that campaigns are optimized and aligned with client objectives.
• Track pacing, performance trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across various digital channels (such as Google, Meta, etc.).
• Perform regular audits to guarantee adherence to best practices while identifying areas for enhancement.
• Implement and suggest optimizations aimed at increasing lead volume, enhancing cost efficiency, and boosting overall return on investment (ROI).
• Act as the main point of contact for routine client communications and performance updates.
• Facilitate and lead client discussions centered on digital performance evaluations, insights, and subsequent actions.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Examine performance data and convert findings into concise, actionable recommendations.
• Recognize trends, risks, and opportunities within accounts, and share insights with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams (including Account Coordinators, Data, and Performance teams) to ensure flawless execution.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, etc.) is highly desirable.
