This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily performance of designated dealership accounts, ensuring that campaigns are optimized and aligned with client objectives.

• Track pacing, performance trends, and key performance indicators across various digital channels (Google, Meta, etc.).

• Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to best practices and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Implement and suggest optimizations aimed at increasing lead volume, cost efficiency, and overall return on investment (ROI).

• Act as a primary contact for routine client communications and performance updates.

• Facilitate and lead client calls centered on digital performance evaluations, insights, and next steps.

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Establish robust working relationships with clients while fostering trust and transparency.

• Analyze performance data and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across accounts, communicating insights to clients and internal teams.

• Aid in the development of performance recaps and reports that link digital marketing initiatives to business outcomes.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Account Coordinators, Data, and Performance teams) to ensure smooth execution.

• Maintain clear communication regarding account status, deliverables, and any performance risks or opportunities.

• Assist in onboarding new clients and successfully launching campaigns.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success.

• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret performance data and trends.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Google Ads Search/Display/Video certifications and Meta paid ads certifications are highly preferred.
