Digital Pathology Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive Digital Pathology implementation projects throughout the EMEA region

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

• Create and uphold detailed, effective project plans

• Actively track progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies

• Deliver transparent reporting and escalate issues to project sponsors

• Establish and implement standardized project management best practices

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skills development within the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in project management

• Practical experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Trello, Jira, or comparable platforms

• Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is strongly preferred

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering them on time, within scope, and on budget

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

• High degree of self-motivation, accountability, and proactive initiative

• Proficient in both German and English; additional languages are advantageous
