This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Supervise daily technology operations for assigned client accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all systems and platforms.
• Oversee the complete information security request processes, encompassing client submissions, coordination of reviews, and communication among multiple stakeholders regarding technical compliance issues.
• Keep comprehensive technology platform design documents up to date, ensuring they are accurate and accessible to all relevant parties.
• Track system performance and lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, involving appropriate escalation resources as required.
• Administer active technology integrations across various enterprise systems and platforms, ensuring smooth interoperability between current and new solutions.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for all technology operations.
• Establish and monitor metrics and KPIs to evaluate technology performance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Investigate, assess, and pilot new technology applications, with a special emphasis on AI implementation and automation.
• Develop business cases for new technology investments, analyzing potential ROI and business impact.
• Spearhead digital transformation initiatives within client environments, converting technical capabilities into measurable business value.
• Execute continuous improvement strategies to boost operational efficiency and minimize manual tasks through process automation.
• Act as the primary technology liaison between JLL internal teams and client stakeholders, fostering cross-functional collaboration among IT, operations, and leadership.
• Communicate technology strategies, updates on roadmaps, and project statuses to senior leadership and client executives.
• Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners; collaborate with legal and compliance teams on technology-related issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS in Technology Management) is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in technology operations, project management, or a similar client-facing technology role.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and other automation platforms; hands-on experience with AI tools and implementation strategies.
• Familiarity with information security frameworks, compliance mandates, and system integration methodologies.
• Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or professional services settings is preferred.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining technology roadmaps; knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks is advantageous.
