Digital Operations & Enablement Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide daily execution support for enterprise projects, including tracking post-implementation tasks, identifying bottlenecks, and managing dependencies.

• Facilitate follow-ups with IT, Compliance, Operations, and Project Management on designated workstreams.

• Assist in user acceptance testing, pilot programs, and coordination of rollouts.

• Regularly monitor and assess data loss prevention reports and dashboards.

• Conduct initial triage of alerts to distinguish between false positives and actionable items.

• Analyze patterns and trends related to data management and document movement.

• Help maintain documentation for authorized file-sharing, encryption, and secure collaboration processes.

• Support the implementation and continuous maintenance of secure file-handling solutions in partnership with IT.

• Act as a support resource for authorized AI tools.

• Aid in the development and upkeep of user guides, FAQs, and training resources.

• Maintain a centralized knowledge repository for AI on SharePoint.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, data analysis, compliance support, or a related discipline.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to interpret technical information and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven experience in tracking and coordinating tasks across multiple stakeholders (e.g., IT, Compliance, Operations) with a record of follow-through on assignments and deliverables.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Teams, and Excel, with practical experience in supporting business processes.
