This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Execute comprehensive recruitment activities for designated Early Careers campaigns, collaborating closely with Recruiters and client stakeholders.
• Take ownership of candidate pipelines, ensuring applications progress smoothly while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Evaluate applications, complete structured assessment scoring, and create high-quality longlists that meet hiring criteria.
• Oversee recruitment assessments, including psychometric testing, video interviews, and candidate progression through each stage.
• Provide timely, accurate, and engaging communication to candidates, addressing inquiries and keeping them informed throughout their journey.
• Manage Reasonable Adjustments and other compliance-related tasks, ensuring a fair and inclusive recruitment process.
• Generate recruitment reports, monitor campaign progress, and proactively identify pipeline risks or areas that need attention.
• Maintain precise recruitment systems, documentation, and tracking tools to facilitate effective campaign delivery.
• Foster collaborative relationships with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and broader stakeholders to achieve successful hiring outcomes.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and offer support to the broader Talent Attraction team as necessary.
• Provide high-quality recruitment support in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Establish effective working relationships with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and stakeholders.
• Prioritize competing workloads while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
• Exercise consistent judgment when screening applications and facilitating structured assessment processes.
• Utilize recruitment systems, assessment platforms, and Microsoft Office with confidence.
• Analyze recruitment data and reporting to enhance campaign delivery.
• Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.
