This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Skillfully develop and initiate large-scale, intricate display, programmatic, paid search, and paid social campaigns across a variety of third-party advertising platforms.
• Supervise technical account setups, structural configurations, and platform validations to guarantee that all tracking and compliance standards are fulfilled prior to launch.
• Diligently track and manage campaign expenditures, uphold accurate budget pacing, forecast monthly costs, and resolve any inconsistencies.
• Perform daily health assessments on active campaigns to ensure consistent delivery, appropriate targeting alignment, and overall account wellness.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and planning.
• 2 to 3 years of experience overseeing multi-channel paid media campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and pacing high-value budgets.
• Practical experience with platforms and operational capability are prioritized over educational qualifications or specific degrees.
• Comprehensive operational knowledge of the Google Ad Suite, Meta Ads, and Programmatic Advertising platforms.
• Proven skill in financial budget pacing and managing advertising spend across varying timelines.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel for monitoring expenditures and pacing sheets.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and the fundamentals of search marketing.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and technical precision.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks, adhere to tight deadlines under pressure, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Experience in a political agency is advantageous but not mandatory.
