This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +2 more states.
β’ Create and develop web pages and landing pages utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring your code is clean and maintainable.
β’ Design and manage page templates, layouts, and components within WordPress using the Divi builder.
β’ Convert Figma mockups and wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages for various devices and browsers.
β’ Write and publish content throughout the site, maintaining brand consistency, accuracy, and a unified voice.
β’ Maintain and advance our design system, including typography, color schemes, spacing, and reusable components.
β’ Guarantee accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness for each page.
β’ Create and oversee landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email templates using HubSpot.
β’ Manage HubSpot CMS modules and theme elements that support our marketing initiatives.
β’ Assist in the integration of HubSpot and WordPress for efficient lead generation workflows.
β’ Supervise daily platform operations, including updates, content adjustments, and overall site maintenance.
β’ Implement on-page SEO best practices such as metadata, heading hierarchy, structured data, and image optimization.
β’ Utilize Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to ensure Ever.Ag content is accurately surfaced in AI-driven searches (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, etc.).
β’ Format content clearly and authoritatively with citation-friendly structures to enhance visibility in AI-generated responses.
β’ Track Core Web Vitals, page speed, and technical health using standard analytics and web tools.
β’ Conduct quality assurance across pages and campaigns to ensure accuracy and deliver a polished user experience each time.
β’ Develop wireframes, page layouts, and design prototypes in Figma.
β’ Enhance navigation, CTAs, and conversion pathways based on user behavior and data analysis.
β’ Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create visually engaging, on-brand digital experiences.
β’ Assist in the creative production of graphics, banners, and web visual assets.
β’ Work alongside demand generation, content, social, and design teams on web-driven campaigns.
β’ Coordinate with vendors and developers for infrastructure or complex feature developments.
β’ Aid in integrating websites from acquired companies into the Ever.Ag digital ecosystem.
β’ Bachelor's degree in web design, digital media, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ 2β4+ years of experience in web design, front-end development, or web authoring.
β’ Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web page creation and modification.
β’ Proficiency in designing and prototyping using Figma.
β’ Practical experience with WordPress and the Divi page builder, including page, template, and module creation and editing.
β’ Familiarity with HubSpot CMS, including landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email templates.
β’ Understanding of SEO principles and GEO strategies for enhancing AI-driven search visibility.
β’ Keen attention to layout, typography, and visual consistency β you have an eye for detail.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic marketing environment.
β’ Experience with backend technologies (PHP, Python, or similar) is a plus.
