Digital Marketing, Vacation Rental Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee digital marketing campaigns tailored for rental properties.

• Create and curate social media content across relevant platforms.

• Execute SEO and SEM strategies to enhance marketing visibility.

• Track and evaluate the performance of digital marketing initiatives and analytics.

• Assist in marketing strategies aimed at boosting short-term rental bookings.

• Contribute to marketing activities for long-term rentals, including generating demand and managing waitlists.

• Provide support for booking operations related to short-term rental properties.

• Engage in training sessions regarding internal property management processes, communication systems, and housekeeping coordination workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.

• Intermediate experience with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Intermediate proficiency with Google Ads and SEO tools.

• Proven experience in crafting and managing digital marketing campaigns.

• Strong grasp of social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics.

• Capability to oversee marketing activities for both short-term and long-term rental properties.

• USB headset with noise-canceling features.

• Functional webcam.

• A computer equipped with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB of RAM.

• Main internet service with a cable connection of at least 25 Mbps.

• Backup internet service with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.

• Ideally, 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing (preferred, but not mandatory).
