Digital Marketing Support Manager – Agency Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Oversee the daily performance of the team.

• Train and onboard coordinators effectively.

• Supervise task distribution and ensure high-quality execution across campaign updates, audits, tagging, geo-fencing, and platform modifications.

• Collaborate closely with Paid Media leadership and Business Operations to enhance workflows and address any obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, encompassing both paid and organic media.

• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, and GA.

• Proven experience in mentoring or managing teams focused on execution.

• Capacity to deliver clear feedback and ensure team accountability.

• Experience in the multifamily sector is an advantage.
