This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the daily execution and enhancement of global paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and emerging advertising channels.
• Strategically plan, launch, and fine-tune campaigns from start to finish, focusing on audience targeting, campaign setup, creative experimentation, bidding strategies, budget management, and performance evaluation.
• Track campaign performance against budgetary constraints and pipeline objectives, actively identifying potential risks and adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative team to produce high-impact ad creatives and consistently test new messaging, formats, and concepts.
• Utilize AI tools and audience enrichment platforms like Clay to enhance targeting, automate workflows, and boost team productivity.
• Work in partnership with Marketing Operations to ensure precise conversion tracking, attribution, and pipeline reporting.
• Assess campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Explore new advertising channels, formats, and growth opportunities to ensure Cresta remains at the forefront of evolving buyer behavior.
• Collaborate across functions with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Marketing Operations to implement integrated campaigns.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid media or digital marketing initiatives within B2B SaaS or rapidly growing technology firms.
• Practical experience in managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• A proven history of optimizing campaigns based on pipeline, revenue, and ROI objectives—not solely on traffic or lead generation.
• Experience in managing campaign budgets, reporting on performance, and making data-driven optimization choices.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in using reporting and analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• A strong interest in utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing execution, foster experimentation, and improve operational efficiency.
