Digital Marketing Associate – Email Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engaged in developing strategies, solutions, and executing initiatives to enhance the usability, design, content, and conversion rates of online and eCommerce platforms.

• Accountable for ongoing website development, enhancements, and the operational maintenance of enterprise and Lines of Business (LOB) websites.

• Collaborate with web development professionals while contributing to high-traffic, high-profile websites.

• Work alongside User Experience team members throughout the phases of design, development, QA testing, implementation, and maintenance.

• Follow best practices for preserving front-end code integrity.

• Convert user experience specifications into front-end code that is compatible across different browsers.

• Offer support and web development consultation to various departments on web-related matters.

• Act as the publisher of a website or page, ensuring content accuracy and proper language usage.

• Integrate search engine optimization (SEO) strategies into the content management assistance for the website.

• Collect information for needs assessments and aid in the establishment of objectives and timelines for web projects.

• Implement and manage webpage graphics; oversee themes, styles, and images for websites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in New Media, Visual Communications, Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 2 years of professional experience in Digital Media production, with some familiarity in Internet technologies, development, and support.

• Proficient in handling audio, video, and various multimedia formats.

• Experience in Art Direction for both print and digital media.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Capable of working with a heightened sense of urgency, managing multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and frequent interruptions.

• Effective multi-tasking abilities.

• Experience in collaborating on and leading cross-departmental relationships to achieve design project goals.

• Exceptional presentation and conceptual skills.

• Familiarity with application interfaces and online advertisement design.

• Comprehensive understanding of current design trends and techniques for web.

• Awareness of website priorities, product development, audience needs, site traffic, and page views.

• Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in carrying out job responsibilities.
