This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of and manage email marketing calendars for various brands.
• Act as the key coordinator for campaign timelines, ensuring that inter-departmental dependencies are met on time.
• Align campaign timelines with teams in Category Management, Pricing, Creative, eCommerce, Analytics, and Marketing to guarantee campaign readiness for launch.
• Assist in the planning, quality assurance, scheduling, and execution of email campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and report on essential email marketing KPIs.
• Aid in promotional, retention, lifecycle, and automated email marketing projects.
• Evaluate campaign results and suggest strategies for enhancing engagement, conversion, and revenue performance.
• Support A/B testing initiatives and continuous email optimization efforts.
• Keep campaign documentation and workflows updated.
• Oversee and expand affiliate marketing programs for various brands.
• Serve as the main daily contact for affiliate partners, publishers, and affiliate networks.
• Cultivate strong relationships with affiliate partners and pinpoint opportunities to boost performance.
• Actively seek out, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and strategic collaborations.
• Organize promotional opportunities and campaign execution with affiliate partners.
• Ensure that affiliates receive creative assets, campaign information, and promotional calendars promptly.
• Monitor affiliate partner performance, revenue contributions, and overall return on investment.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Foster affiliate program growth through outreach, relationship-building, and promotional opportunities.
• Generate weekly and monthly affiliate reports.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital platforms.
• Track campaign performance and offer recommendations to enhance ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on campaign requirements, audience targeting, and creative assets.
• Create creative briefs and campaign requirements for designers, copywriters, and external partners.
• Analyze campaign outcomes and identify avenues for performance improvement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and promotional research to discover new opportunities.
• Review creative and messaging effectiveness and provide suggestions for future campaigns.
• Offer messaging recommendations based on audience behavior, promotional strategies, and campaign results.
• Ensure consistent campaign messaging across email, affiliate, paid media, and website channels.
• Prepare performance reports and insights for marketing leadership.
• Coordinate website marketing initiatives, landing pages, and promotional campaigns with internal teams.
• Assess website campaign performance and identify ways to enhance customer engagement and conversions.
• Analyze customer journeys across email, affiliate, paid media, and website channels.
• Participate in planning sessions for new campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives.
• Support testing initiatives and provide recommendations informed by campaign performance data.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, including: Email marketing performance, Affiliate revenue and partner performance, Paid media performance, Website engagement and conversion metrics, Campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Detect underperforming campaigns and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
• Support testing initiatives across email, affiliate, paid media, and website campaigns.
• Help develop testing strategies to enhance campaign performance over time.
• Maintain tracking and reporting documentation for campaigns.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on performance metrics.
• Utilize AI tools to assist in campaign analysis, competitive research, reporting, and generating customer insights.
• Apply critical thinking and business judgment to validate recommendations and findings.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in email marketing, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing.
• Experience in eCommerce and social media marketing is a valuable asset.
• Proven experience in building, scheduling, quality assurance, and deploying email campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Experience in supporting or managing affiliate marketing programs and publisher relationships.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and networks such as Impact, Awin, Minty, ShareASale, Refersion, or similar.
• Experience in supporting paid media campaigns and performance reporting.
• Experience with website campaigns, landing pages, promotional launches, or conversion-driven marketing initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, or client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
