This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop, launch, manage, and enhance paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and AdRoll.
• Monitor and refine audience targeting, creative assets, bidding strategies, and budget allocations.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing agency to implement campaigns and enhance overall performance.
• Create and implement email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, newsletters, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives using HubSpot.
• Oversee audience segmentation, workflow management, campaign assets, reporting, and marketing automation.
• Ensure accurate and scalable tracking, attribution, and reporting for all campaigns.
• Develop a social engagement strategy on LinkedIn and support participation from sales and leadership teams.
• Identify and build relationships with relevant stakeholders, influencers, creators, and industry leaders.
• Manage content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analytics.
• Align paid media, email marketing, and ABM efforts with the BDR team to cultivate a qualified sales pipeline.
• Work in collaboration with Creative, SEO/GEO, and Sales teams on campaign development and messaging.
• Share insights from campaigns to inform future marketing strategies.
• Analyze the performance of paid, email, and social campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.
• Deliver regular reports on results, opportunities, and plans for optimization.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in digital marketing, AI-driven tools, and updates on various platforms.
• 3 to 5 years of practical digital marketing experience, primarily specializing in paid media and social media.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience with AdRoll is considered a plus.
• Background in managing organic social media for a B2B organization, especially on LinkedIn.
• Strong proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email campaigns, workflows, landing pages, lists, forms, and reporting functionalities.
• Proficient in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), campaign reporting, and marketing dashboards.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and emerging AI search concepts.
• Experience collaborating with Sales or BDR teams to support lead generation and account-based marketing efforts.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey campaign performance and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
