Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Ads, Sales Funnel Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee paid advertising initiatives across various platforms, including Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

• Construct and refine sales funnels aimed at generating leads in the mortgage and real estate sectors.

• Design landing pages and systems for capturing leads.

• Create automated workflows for nurturing leads.

• Establish email and text marketing campaigns.

• Formulate strategies to engage existing clients, referral partners, realtors, CPAs, financial advisors, and prospective mortgage clients.

• Develop systems for ongoing outreach campaigns categorized by lead types and relationship phases.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven suggestions.

• Monitor lead generation metrics and enhance conversion rates.

• Integrate marketing efforts with CRM and other business systems.

• Aid in creating workflows that transition prospects from initial contact to scheduled appointments.

• Work collaboratively with clients to devise marketing strategies that align with their business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or lead generation.

• Demonstrated experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.

• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Proven experience in building landing pages and sales funnels.

• Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.

• Understanding of lead nurturing and customer journey methodologies.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in interpreting campaign data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to handle multiple campaigns and projects autonomously.
