This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute social media strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and interaction.
• Generate captivating content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee social media channels and promptly address comments and inquiries.
• Evaluate social media performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Compose blog posts, articles, website copy, press releases, and other promotional materials.
• Conduct research on relevant subjects to guarantee content accuracy.
• Optimize content for search engines by incorporating pertinent keywords.
• Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to produce high-quality content.
• Review and refine written materials through editing and proofreading.
• Plan and implement email marketing initiatives.
• Develop customized email content.
• Segment email lists based on demographics, interests, and previous interactions.
• Create email templates utilizing HTML/CSS or email marketing software.
• Perform A/B testing on subject lines, designs, and calls to action.
• Track metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes.
• Analyze data and customer insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with email privacy laws, including obtaining consent and providing unsubscribe options.
• Meet deadlines and quality expectations while adjusting priorities as necessary.
• Maintain professional communication with staff, visitors, healthcare professionals, marketers, and the general public.
• Participate in mandatory training sessions, supervisions, weekly meetings, coverage responsibilities, and special projects.
• Report any immediate safety risks.
• Adhere to company policies regarding ethics, conduct, conflicts of interest, and compliance.
• Stay informed about relevant federal, state, and GMH regulations.
• Assist in compliance-policy training and assessments.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity or experience in Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies across various channels.
• Experience with email marketing tools and social media management platforms.
• Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with professional teamwork capabilities.
• Self-motivated individual with a sense of professional urgency and reliable follow-through.
• Proficient computer skills and a willingness to learn new software programs, systems, and applications.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check, MVR screen, and drug screening.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and quality requirements.
