Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives across various brands and accounts concurrently

• Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing

• Manage and refresh websites, including landing pages, blog posts, forms, and basic front-end content updates

• Track and enhance Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

• Strategize, create, schedule, and distribute content across diverse social media platforms

• Collaborate on podcast, YouTube, and short-form video content with editors and designers

• Handle email newsletters, automations, and lead nurturing campaigns

• Analyze SEO performance, website metrics, and campaign outcomes, providing suggestions for enhancement

• Coordinate marketing projects with designers, developers, freelancers, and internal team members

• Leverage AI tools and automation to boost marketing efficiency and productivity

• Assist with additional marketing and administrative projects as business needs change

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing

• Strong grasp of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, website management, and content marketing

• Proven experience managing multiple brands, projects, or marketing campaigns simultaneously

• Proficient in updating websites using platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, or similar

• Experienced in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO best practices

• Experience utilizing social media scheduling tools like Buffer or similar

• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities

• Ability to prioritize various tasks and meet deadlines with minimal oversight

• C1 / Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong problem-solving aptitude and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance productivity and marketing processes
