Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives for various brands and accounts simultaneously.

• Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

• Manage and refresh websites, including landing pages, blog posts, forms, and basic front-end content updates.

• Track and enhance Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Strategize, create, schedule, and disseminate content on various social media platforms.

• Organize podcast, YouTube, and short-form video content in collaboration with editors and designers.

• Administer email newsletters, automation processes, and lead nurturing campaigns.

• Evaluate SEO performance, website analytics, and campaign results, providing improvement recommendations.

• Collaborate on marketing projects with designers, developers, freelancers, and internal team members.

• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance marketing efficiency and productivity.

• Assist with additional marketing and administrative tasks as business needs change.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

• Comprehensive understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, website management, and content marketing.

• Proven experience managing multiple brands, projects, or marketing campaigns concurrently.

• Proficient in updating websites using WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms.

• Experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO best practices.

• Proficient with social media scheduling tools like Buffer or similar applications.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

• Capable of prioritizing various tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

• C1 / Fluent English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance productivity and marketing workflows.
