Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives for various brands and accounts simultaneously.

• Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

• Manage and update websites, which includes landing pages, blog entries, forms, and basic front-end content revisions.

• Track and enhance Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Strategize, create, schedule, and distribute content on multiple social media platforms.

• Organize podcast, YouTube, and short-form video content in collaboration with editors and designers.

• Handle email newsletters, automation, and lead nurturing campaigns.

• Assess SEO performance, website analytics, and campaign outcomes, providing suggestions for enhancements.

• Collaborate on marketing projects with designers, developers, freelancers, and internal teams.

• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance marketing efficiency and productivity.

• Assist with additional marketing and administrative projects as business requirements change.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

• Strong grasp of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, website management, and content marketing.

• Proven experience managing multiple brands, projects, or marketing campaigns concurrently.

• Familiarity with updating websites using platforms like WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, or similar tools.

• Experience overseeing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO best practices.

• Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools such as Buffer or similar applications.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

• Capacity to prioritize various tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

• C1 / Fluent English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance productivity and marketing workflows.
