Digital Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic leader and main point of contact for a portfolio of clients from the onboarding phase through to long-term growth.

• Create and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, paid media, local search, and analytics.

• Track campaign performance utilizing GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to identify trends and tackle challenges.

• Provide high-level recommendations and reports that convert marketing data into clear business results.

• Work collaboratively with internal digital marketing experts to ensure campaign execution aligns with client business objectives.

• Actively seek out new opportunities for service expansion or strategic shifts to optimize client ROI.

• Build long-lasting, trust-based relationships by functioning as a consultant rather than merely a task manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of client-facing experience at a digital marketing agency, specifically in managing account strategy and performance.

• Demonstrated ability to formulate and present digital marketing strategies that yield measurable growth.

• Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape, including GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, SEMrush, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and WordPress.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to transform technical data into a persuasive narrative for clients.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in straightforward, actionable terms.

• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Availability to work during core business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
