This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for executing and enhancing Gandy Ink’s digital marketing strategies through website management, SEO, AI Optimization, paid digital advertising, and performance analytics.
• Oversee and update website content, which includes creating, editing, and refreshing web pages and landing pages.
• Implement and refine SEO and AI Search Optimization strategies to boost visibility on both traditional search engines and AI-driven search platforms.
• Conduct research on keywords, topics, and content to uncover opportunities for organic growth.
• Enhance website content, metadata, page structure, internal linking, and other on-page SEO components.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other approved platforms.
• Monitor and enhance campaign performance via ongoing testing, audience targeting, budget oversight, and performance evaluation.
• Track, analyze, and report on essential digital marketing performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain digital marketing dashboards and reports to provide insights into marketing performance and growth prospects.
• Assess website performance and identify areas to enhance user experience, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to acquire creative assets and ensure consistent brand representation across digital platforms.
• Assist in strategic growth initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and execution.
• Keep abreast of digital marketing trends, search engine updates, AI search advancements, advertising platforms, and industry best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, website management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Strong grasp of SEO principles, keyword research, content optimization, and search performance analysis.
• Familiarity with AI Search Optimization and the mechanisms by which content is surfaced through AI-driven search experiences.
• Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
• Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and digital marketing reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for interpreting data and identifying actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in tracking, measuring, and reporting marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across departments.
