Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create, edit, and publish tailored social media content and visuals for a variety of clients.

• Develop and sustain personalized social media content calendars.

• Manage and enhance Meta advertising campaigns.

• Conduct research on client businesses to ensure accurate brand representation across all platforms.

• Track campaign performance and compile monthly analytics reports.

• Stay informed about social media trends, holidays, and best practices.

• Engage regularly with the Social Media Team and other departments.

• Provide assistance with digital marketing suggestions and client strategy discussions.

• Participate in client meetings and support the sales process as necessary.

• Aid in digital marketing training and onboarding programs.

• Evaluate potential clients' online presence and offer strategic insights.

• Attend digital status meetings and present project updates.

• Safeguard confidential client and company information.

• Execute other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level minimum).

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to collaborate and solve problems.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing.

• Proven experience in developing, launching, optimizing, and managing Meta advertising campaigns.

• Familiarity with Go High Level CRM.

• Comprehensive knowledge of all major social media platforms.

• Proficient in Gmail, ClickUp, Canva, and AI tools.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.

• High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Exhibits professionalism, sound judgment, confidentiality, and a strong sense of urgency.

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or equivalent preferred.
