This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain and enhance website content, landing pages, user experience, and conversion pathways for the company.
• Design and implement both organic and paid search strategies to boost visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Plan, create, schedule, and oversee content across the company's social media channels.
• Coordinate the development of blog articles, website content, and various digital assets.
• Assist in executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, campaign outcomes, SEO rankings, and social media engagement metrics.
• Optimize digital content utilizing SEO best practices, keyword strategies, and insights into the target audience.
• Collaborate across departments with sales, recruiting, operations, and leadership teams.
• Ensure that all digital marketing materials adhere to the company's branding and messaging standards.
• Oversee digital marketing tools and platforms, including website CMS, social media scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and advertising accounts.
• Remain informed on digital marketing trends, search engine updates, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, social marketing, or related content marketing roles.
• Practical experience managing websites and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
• Experience in managing corporate social media accounts and formulating engaging content strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and design abilities for blogs, web copy, and social media content.
• Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret performance data and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a mindset geared towards cross-functional teamwork.
