This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including email, advertisements, and our website chat bot.
• Assist in enhancing these channels to boost campaign results.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising initiatives on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn to attract qualified leads and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Monitor and evaluate landing page performance, conduct A/B testing on creative assets, ad copy, and campaign targeting to enhance conversion rates.
• Track and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient distribution across various channels and campaigns.
• Generate regular reports that highlight campaign performance, insights, and recommendations, incorporating detailed performance marketing metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and attribution analysis.
• Construct comprehensive dashboards and reports that monitor the complete customer journey from the initial interaction to conversion, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Perform in-depth analysis of campaign performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement across all marketing channels.
• Set up and facilitate webinars, ensuring that reporting data is accurately imported into our systems for follow-up and lead nurturing.
• Stay informed about digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with our brand and business objectives.
• Foster a positive and collaborative environment that promotes information sharing, team success, and a strong focus on results.
• Safeguard the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven background in performance marketing and paid advertising.
• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical abilities, with experience using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, platform-specific reporting tools, etc.).
• Proficient in creating reports and dashboards that effectively communicate performance metrics and ROI to various stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable to changing priorities.
• Comfortable presenting campaign performance data and insights to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Possess strong skills in digital marketing strategies, along with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the technology industry, with preference given to knowledge of the security sector.
• Familiarity with B2B sales funnels and the ability to align content with the partner journey.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Demandbase.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for advanced reporting.
• Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
• Experience with marketing attribution modeling and multi-touch attribution analysis.
