This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Strategize, oversee, and enhance integrated marketing campaigns across Paid Search, SEO, and both Paid and Unpaid Social Media.
• Ensure cohesive alignment among channels to achieve comprehensive goals, such as brand awareness, lead generation, conversion, and overall business results.
• Act as a central coordination point for both Paid and Organic initiatives, fostering synergy and improving operational efficiency.
• Collaborate as a strategic ally to the AVP of Paid Search and Enrollment Marketing along with the AVP of SEO, facilitating the implementation of AI-driven, automated, and data-centric strategies.
• Guide intricate, multi-channel projects to fruition, ensuring adherence to timelines, priorities, and targeted outcomes.
• Assist in the shared ownership of Social Media strategies (both Paid and Unpaid) in collaboration with the two AVPs.
• Provide senior-level analytical oversight across channels, converting complex performance metrics into valuable insights.
• Enhance analytics and reporting structures to improve clarity, consistency, and decision-making processes.
• Support comprehensive measurement and optimization of performance across the marketing funnel.
• Lead regular agency performance management activities, including goal alignment, performance evaluations, and optimization discussions.
• Ensure that agencies work towards clear strategic objectives and KPIs, alleviating the tactical load on AVP leadership.
• Conduct and maintain competitive analysis and tracking across Paid, Organic, and Social channels.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to inform strategic direction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, operations, analytics, content, and web, to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
• Foster consistent communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Paid Search, SEO, and Social Media.
• Proven experience managing agencies or external partners.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing platforms and automated media systems.
• Experience in full-funnel performance optimization and conversion enhancement.
• Background in highly regulated or performance-oriented industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Outlook, and Word) and data entry tasks.
• Experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems (Velocify and Anthology are advantageous).
