• Oversee and coordinate content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
• Develop and modify content utilizing tools like Canva, CapCut, Descript, and AI technologies.
• Compose captions and assist with strategic content planning.
• Schedule and publish content in accordance with approved content calendars.
• Track engagement metrics and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Foster community engagement across all social media platforms.
• Keep an eye on trends and pinpoint content opportunities.
• Aid in the execution and optimization of Meta advertising campaigns.
• Support initiatives related to affiliate marketing.
• Implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing efforts.
• Create, schedule, and report on EDM campaigns.
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure campaign workflows are up to date.
• Assist in lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
• Update and enhance Shopify websites.
• Upload products, landing pages, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Execute upsell and cross-sell strategies.
• Aid in website conversion optimization activities.
• Ensure websites are accurate, current, and in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor website performance and suggest improvements.
• Keep the Ecommerce Equation Clarity Sheet up to date.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on:
• - Sales performance
• - Subscription performance
• - Meta advertising performance
• - Email marketing performance
• - Social media performance
• - Website performance
• Offer actionable insights and recommendations.
• Track campaign performance against set KPIs.
• Address customer inquiries across email, social media, and website channels.
• Manage customer feedback and online reviews effectively.
• Escalate customer issues when necessary.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience across all interaction points.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing productivity and the quality of outputs.
• Utilize AI for content creation, copywriting, brainstorming, and research purposes.
• Employ AI in reporting, data analysis, and gaining performance insights.
• Identify chances to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
• Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and propose new tools and efficiencies.
• Ensure that all AI-generated content is accurate, aligns with the brand, and serves its intended purpose.
• Strong expertise in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent platforms.
• Proven ability to utilize AI for enhancing marketing productivity and execution.
• Experience in managing social media accounts for consumer brands.
• Proficient in Canva.
• Familiarity with CapCut and/or Descript.
• Experience working with Shopify.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Background in FMCG, food, beverage, or eCommerce sectors.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing programs.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Experience in photography, videography, or content production.
• Experience collaborating with offshore or remote teams.
