This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete publishing process of website content, which encompasses campaigns, landing pages, product pages, resource materials, and updates related to legal or compliance matters.
• Manage and revise website content using WordPress and associated digital platforms.
• Organize and implement both scheduled and spontaneous website updates while ensuring precision, consistency, and compliance with publishing standards.
• Handle incoming publishing requests and prioritize tasks across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, developers, designers, agencies, and contractors to ensure timely and effective content delivery.
• Maintain content hygiene on the website through regular audits, page refreshes, content removals, and unpublishing efforts.
• Execute and verify redirects, assist with URL management, and uphold internal linking structures.
• Detect and rectify issues related to content quality, broken links, outdated information, and user experience challenges.
• Aid website governance efforts by keeping documentation, publishing standards, and operational processes up to date.
• Ensure all website modifications adhere to established SEO, accessibility, and user experience best practices.
• Implement on-page SEO improvements, including updates to metadata, enhancements to page structure, internal linking, redirects, and alignment of keywords.
• Assist in the execution of SEO, GEO, and AI-driven content discoverability initiatives as outlined by digital marketing leadership.
• Contribute to website testing, analytics validation, and initiatives aimed at conversion optimization.
• Support the implementation and validation of analytics tracking, tags, forms, and measurement criteria.
• Monitor website performance metrics and identify opportunities for enhancements related to content discoverability, engagement, and user experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Legal, agencies, and external vendors to coordinate website updates and digital projects.
• Track requests, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies utilizing project management and ticketing systems.
• Communicate project status, risks, and completion timelines to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, publishing guidelines, and operational manuals.
• Utilize automation and AI-driven tools to boost efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve execution quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance website operations, content management processes, and digital marketing effectiveness.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing, web content management, marketing operations, content operations, or a related area.
• Practical experience with WordPress or a comparable content management system.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, website architecture, and content publishing workflows.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, or similar.
• Understanding of SEO principles, best practices for on-page optimization, and website governance standards.
• Experience in supporting website updates, content publishing, quality assurance testing, or digital marketing operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proven ability to learn and apply new technologies, tools, and concepts in digital marketing.
