This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Take charge of the digital framework that supports our go-to-market strategy.
• Ensure that the digital foundation of marketing initiatives is highly effective.
• Assist the team in identifying what strategies are truly effective.
• Play a role in developing nurture sequences that maintain engagement with prospects.
• Evaluate attribution to identify which activities are driving pipeline growth.
• Oversee the company's presence in both paid and organic search.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a tech start-up setting.
• Advanced expertise with HubSpot, including management of CRM and Marketing Hub functionalities.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and executing lead nurture programs – adept at engaging prospects over extended periods.
• Strong background in email marketing – encompassing list segmentation, sequencing, subject lines, copywriting, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities, with experience in marketing attribution, pipeline reporting, campaign optimization, and delivering actionable insights.
• Familiarity with managing SEO, GEO, and paid search strategies, including enhancing visibility across both traditional and AI-driven search platforms.
• Proficient with LLMs: you utilize LLMs as a primary tool to enhance your work in HubSpot, reporting, content, and analysis.
