This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the strategic direction for email marketing across all brands, ensuring it serves as a consistent and expanding revenue-generating channel.
• Establish campaign strategies, lifecycle approaches, and testing priorities informed by performance metrics and customer behaviors.
• Track performance in terms of revenue contribution, engagement, and conversion, pinpointing specific opportunities for enhancement.
• Guide the Email Marketing Specialist on areas to optimize, test, and scale.
• Ensure that email initiatives are fully integrated with the overall campaign strategy and aligned with web, paid, affiliate, and social media channels.
• Step in to assist with execution or troubleshooting as necessary.
• Lead strategy, direction, and performance management across paid media, affiliate, and influencer channels.
• 6 – 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce.
• Significant experience across a variety of digital channels (email, web, paid media, affiliate).
• Extensive email marketing experience and affiliate management expertise are essential for success in this role.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate strategies, establish performance goals, and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical abilities and capability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience in managing or guiding cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience collaborating with agencies and external partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
