Digital Marketing, Lead Generation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute lead generation activities, conduct market research, and develop targeted prospect lists.

• Enhance and manage Google Business Profiles to boost local visibility.

• Assist with the setup, monitoring, and performance analysis of Google Local Services Ads.

• Create, schedule, and oversee social media content across various platforms.

• Utilize AI tools for research, content generation, and image creation while ensuring high quality and accuracy.

• Monitor competitors, pinpoint business opportunities, and maintain organized CRM and lead-tracking systems.

• Proactively identify areas for improvement, resolve issues, and support marketing initiatives.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

• Experience in managing Google Business Profiles (preferred).

• Experience in managing Google Local Services Ads (preferred).

• Experience in lead generation and prospect research (preferred).

• Experience in social media management and content creation (preferred).

• Familiarity with AI writing, research, workflow automation, and image-generation tools (preferred).

• Experience in blog writing and marketing for trades, home-service companies, or other local businesses (preferred).
