Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform campaign priorities into actionable timelines, deliverables, and launch strategies while coordinating with stakeholders, approvals, and dependencies to ensure project progression.

• Collaborate with the editorial content writer, email specialist, and internal stakeholders to guarantee that campaigns are constructed, reviewed, and launched accurately and punctually.

• Implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, landing pages, nurture programs, web content, and others.

• Create and modify campaign assets using tools like Canva, Stripo, and HubSpot as part of the campaign implementation across digital platforms.

• Oversee campaign setup, segmentation, quality assurance, and deployment within marketing systems and workflows.

• Conduct testing on messaging, subject lines, calls to action, layouts, audience targeting, and campaign sequences, providing actionable recommendations based on performance outcomes.

• Ensure that campaign execution is in line with audience expectations, business objectives, and brand guidelines.

• Recognize and resolve process gaps or bottlenecks that may hinder launches or compromise campaign effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, integrated marketing, demand generation, or a comparable B2B marketing position.

• Proven experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns across email, landing pages, web, and marketing automation platforms.

• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, capable of overseeing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and dynamic elements simultaneously.

• Proficient in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalent platforms.

• Experience in audience segmentation, campaign testing, reporting, and performance analysis.

• Familiarity with Canva, Stripo, or comparable tools utilized for digital campaign execution, along with an understanding of how layout, messaging, and asset formatting influence performance across channels.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to engage with complex or technical subject matter and translate it into well-structured digital campaigns.

• An analytical mindset with the capability to leverage data and performance insights to enhance execution.
