This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +14 more states.
• Design, develop, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across email, websites, social media, paid media, and events.
• Oversee complete campaign workflows, encompassing strategy, audience segmentation, creative briefing, execution, and post-campaign evaluation.
• Partner with marketing, sales, ITS, content, and design teams to create campaign strategies and materials.
• Create and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation forms.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance in relation to KPIs.
• Offer actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to enhance effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
• Maintain and optimize digital platforms and tools for campaign implementation and reporting.
• Assist in paid media campaigns alongside internal teams or external partners.
• Keep informed on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Experience in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, web, and paid media.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and campaign analytics.
• Proven experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams with sales, content, and product stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Advanced expertise in marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot.
• Proficient in analytics tools, including Google Analytics, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems (CMS).
• Experience using social media management tools such as Sprout or similar applications.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
• Ability to utilize AI-driven tools to enhance campaign efficiency, scalability, and performance.
