Digital Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits and reconstruct GoHighLevel pipelines, funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, automations, attribution, and workflows.

• Oversee paid acquisition campaigns, including creative testing and campaign optimization.

• Manage lead responses, email/SMS nurturing, no-show recovery, and lead reactivation strategies.

• Integrate podcast and social media content into digital marketing initiatives.

• Track and report metrics on leads, bookings, show rates, conversions, and patient-economics.

• Assist in developing and maintaining a compliant patient acquisition and retention framework.

• Supervise CRM segmentation, landing pages, and email/SMS automation processes.

• Enhance marketing workflows to produce qualified consultations and foster recurring patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in GoHighLevel architecture and automation.

• Experience in performance marketing with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Proven track record in conversion tracking and campaign optimization.

• Familiarity with healthcare or wellness marketing systems.

• Knowledge of landing pages, CRM segmentation, and email/SMS automation.

• Experience with compliance-sensitive advertising practices.

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

• Capacity to independently manage multiple marketing campaigns and workflows.

• USB headset with noise-canceling features.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer equipped with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and a minimum of 4GB RAM.

• Primary internet service with a speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.

• Availability to work from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST.
